Badger Shaving
Brushes
Using
a quality shaving brush - and the best in the world are badger hair
shaving brushes - improves the quality of your shaving experience.
Why?
Badger shaving brushes allow your
shaving product to better penetrate the beard stubble by getting
underneath the beard. Using a badger shaving brush also has the
effect of making the stubble stand up, which makes it easier for
your razor to remove it. It also helps to lift out ingrown facial
hair.
Using a shaving brush with a quality
shaving cream product creates a dense lather, giving the razor a
lubricated coating to glide on.
Best, Pure, Super
Badger Hair Shaving Brushes
With proper care, a quality badger
shaving brush will last for years. Badger brushes remain soft an
pliable, despite daily use. The same cannot be said for horsehair
brushes, or shaving brushes with artificial hair. Badger hair
shaving brushes come in three grades - Pure, best and super badger
hair.
Badger hair is
imported from ASIA, USSR and CHINA
The above countries being the main
importers of Badger hair operate a strict control over how much hair
is exported each year, clearly displaying their awareness of
environmental conservation.
Early records show that badger is
hunted primarily for its meat and that the hair is a product of an
animal which is regarded to be an important source of food.
Europe and America operate very
strict import controls ensuring that any badger hair brought into
these countries is done with the legislative agreements being
strictly adhered to.
The ecologists in both exporting and
importing communities of badger hair have created a system
preserving the badger, an important source of livelihood for
hundreds of years in the Far East and ensuring that a small market
does exist, creating valuable jobs in an industry which dates back
to the time when wet shaving was first recorded.
