Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days.  Keep in mind, since some of these products are made to order from time of shipment and delivery may vary.  You can always email me to check on the status of your order.

You may receive your order in multiple shipments due to multiple vendors however, all should arrive around the same day.

International Shipping charges will be handled separately.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you feel that our product has not lived up to your expectations, feel free to return it for an exchange or refund. Please note that all returns for credit must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Any returned jewelry must be unworn and in original condition. Please send us an email or contact us by phone if you would like to make a return. Please package the item(s) securely and include the packing slip received with the product. Please include a brief note letting us know if you would like an exchange or refund, and why, so that we may assist you in a prompt manner. Please be sure the package is labeled clearly and sent insured postage paid. We will not accept any packages sent C.O.D.
